Amy Spooner is a mom of three, who homeschools her children and owns a virtual wellness practice. She became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach after experiencing her own journey in Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. Her desire to empower other moms to heal themselves through healthy habits led her to begin The Holistic Edit in 2018. She works in the virtual wellness space with women helping them find nutrition that works for their body and movement that increases their happiness to lose the last 10-20 lbs and keep it off.
