Tasha is a certified integrative health coach, certified Quantum coach, certified meditation teacher, certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. While she considers herself more of a mind body coach (500 hour trained Pilates instructor and 250 plus hour trained yoga instructor), she has close to 30 health, wellness and fitness certifications including food psychology coach and and holistic stress management specialist, but people never about those (well, one person every 10 years). People want to know if they are heard ,seen and understand them. There is no amount of “learning” that can take the place of connection. Connection is what Tasha does.
