Description

Native to Montreal, Cassandra moved to Los Angeles in 2006. While her passions has always been a balance of conscious eating, with an emphasis on health and wellness, she thrived in the high-end fashion industry for over six years, building a booming territory on the West Coast. After investing in a few LA restaurants to gain knowledge of the industry, in 2013 Cassandra co-founded Clover Juice, which rebranded to Little West in 2018. What started as a 200 square foot juice shop in LA quickly became California’s premier juice co, partnering with hotel groups, high-end grocery chains, tech companies, and some of the best coffee and restaurant brands in the country. Most recently, and in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, Little West launched as Whole Foods’ cold-pressed juice partner. Cassandra’s vision for the company has never waivered, and Little West is known for having the highest quality and best tasting juice on the market, and respected for having unparalleled partnerships with customers and distributors alike.

Since becoming a mother to her sons West and Wolf, and realizing the importance of teaching kids about real food, Cassandra volunteers much of her time, and Little West donates a percentage of all sales to Big Green Learning Gardens (biggreen.org), and plants trees w/ Ecodrive to offset their company's carbon footprint. She believes that she can make a difference, whether it be by inspiring kids to try new fruits and veggies, or adults to have more fun in the kitchen, food that’s good for you should always be fun and taste great.
