She is passionate about walking alongside awakening women as they break free from negative thoughts and emotional patterns, heal from traumatic life events, anxiety, and depression, and live a more nourished, fulfilled, and peaceful life. She is a mother, writer, public speaker, and social entrepreneur living on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
