An experienced relationship and intimacy coach, Lorna offers mindfulness, meditation, movement and embodiment exercises and supports - empowering her clients with everyday "life practices" to connect more deeply and authentically in relationship with self and other. With more than 25 years experience in teaching, consulting, business leadership and organizational development, Lorna has served as a change catalyst under many umbrellas. She is an experienced Yoga and Barre [mindful movement] teacher, Reiki Master, motivational speaker, published writer, relationship coach, sacred sexuality teacher, and organizational change facilitator.
Lorna presently resides in Longmont, CO, with her three children and three "fur babies" (two cats and a dog.)
