I haven’t met many famous music artists but I couldn’t imagine any of them to be as down to earth as Travis Thompson is. If you follow him on any social media platform, you know how much he engages with his fans. And if you’ve ever been to one of his shows, you know what I’m talking about. He stays after or will come out to the crowd and allow fans to take picture after picture and sign autographs as well, just like a pro ball player. LIKEITORNOT, it was a privilege and an honor to have a real conversation with him that saw absolutely no boundaries as we dove into everything from his childhood, to touring with Macklemore and what that meant, to throwing out the first pitch at a Mariners game. We talk about him working with legendary Seattle music producer and beat maker, Jake One. We speak on his love for Tacoma, what his first rap name was, his character Tino on Rez Dawgs and the Hulu experience in general, and much, much more in this hour long episode that opens up season 4 for y’all, LIKEITORNOT. I am joined by my old running mate Baloogz, who also asks some great questions, DJ QJ, who I end up having a few questions for & Durrdy Dan. Topo Chico & Natty Wine were the unofficial sponsors and of course S/O to backwoods and all the fire smoke we burned that evening. Also, S/O young Jayce for gracing us with his presence and Billee Thorp of course for getting some amazing photos. Throw your 1’s up now as well for Q and Travis as they’ve embarked on their nationwide tour and are in Houston at the moment & a huge S/O to our listeners out there around the world, LIKEITORNOT.
