This may be a more controversial topic to discuss but I thought it was important. I have always believed that a degree can get you further than you imagined when your end goal is to be a classroom teacher.
I might have been wrong... or at least my thoughts around that have changed.
On today's podcast episode, I have my good friend + roommate as a guest because she has made some tremendous strides without a bachelors degree. She is someone who has found ways to still learn even if it's not the traditional way. She worked really hard to get where she is and has not given up. All of this to say, it is possible to achieve a lot as an educator even without a degree.
