Growing up in Australia when you are not white Australian can present big challenges. Cathy Ngo knows this more than others, having grown up in a Vietnamese family, who came to Australia with nothing except generational trauma and mental health issues, resulting in domestic violence.
Cathy has been on her own journey to support her mental health, is an Ambassador for the Gidget Foundation. She runs her own business bringing People & Culture Strategy to life through impactful communications, alongside running Keynoteworthy, an agency solving the problem of finding and booking keynote speakers that reflect the diversity and fresh perspectives that people are yearning for.
The Culture Ministrywe specialise in building sustainable businesses through productive and effective work cultures.
We do this through:
🟡 Culture Audits, Surveys, Benchmarking and Data Work
🟡 Crafting Culture Strategy that connects with Organisational Purpose
🟡 Long term leadership programs to advance leadership teams in building sustainable and inclusive cultures. What that leaders say, do, and measure, has a massive impact on your culture and the sustainability of your business.
🟡 Providing structure and tools for Employee Resource Groups to be successful, and drive better business outcomes.
We love working with organisations who know change is needed.
