Description

We originally approached today’s guest Emma Lovell to learn about her travels and her podcast lovelly travels because travelling is one of the best way’s to understand the different experiences of people around the world.

But, and perhaps more importantly we learnt about Emma’s diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder and depression from the age of 17, and her work with Black Dog Institute and World Vision.

She talks about what works for her in managing her mental health and how breaking her back was easier than breaking her mind, and how breaking her back was a turning point in moving forward in her life and career.
