How is your self-talk? Do you look in the mirror and wonder where that 25 year old went? Do you only see your gray hair, wrinkles, and extra weight? Let me break it to you gently, you will never be 25 again. That ship has sailed. What you DO need to be focusing on is not Anti-Aging, but Aging Well.
And part of aging well is doing the things you know will keep you in top shape mentally and physically. A consistent exercise routine is one of those. And being consistent means making that CHOICE every day to put your health first. Making that choice once is easy, but making it day after day is hard. But you can do it because you absolutely deserve to feel your very best every day as you age.
