Description

Today's episode covers the ins and outs of body composition testing. Body composition testing is a way we can estimate the amount of muscle mass and fat mass someone has. Brooke and I do some "nerdy talking" in this episode explaining the various tests used to measure body composition, pros and cons of each test, and give you some take aways to consider if you perform any of these tests for yourself. We also go over the results from my own body composition test that Brooke did for me a few weeks ago.
