Episode 117! Mario & Etiana discuss the start of our new book, The Culture Code by Daniel Coyle.
Wherever we go, whether its our place of work, a place we lead, or a place we are a part of, we will encounter culture. And culture right now is a huge buzz and we seem to be hearing more about it as people go back into work from the covid and being remote.

ACTION STEPS
- Do our people feel safe? Do they feel like they are a part of the family?
- Am I communicating the vision and direction with my team? If not, how do they know they belong? What Can I do this week to share the vision and direction?
