     1. Evaluate: In the environment you’re in, are you having to fight against who you are? Ask: AS A LEADER: “Am I creating an environment where people can be who they truly are?” AS AN INDIVIDUAL: “Is who I am truly coming out or am I having to adjust who I am? “ 
     2. How do you need to REPROGRAM your brain this week with what you tell yourself Change the language you use around building your habits. You don’t HAVE to do it, you GET to do it.
