     1. Determine what habits you are making it difficult. If not a habit, just an action that should make you better. Determine those and write out a new plan! 
     2. What needs to be automated in your life? Take the time out front of your week and plan some things to be automated and see how much time it frees up.
     3. What do you need to do for 2 minutes to create a habit and reach a goal?
     4. As a leader of an organization or team, how simple are you keeping things? Evaluate your systems and processes.
