Today, Mario and Adina finish the second section of Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek by going over serotonin, oxytocin, and cortisol. They talk about how each of these chemicals impacts the level of trust and anxiety amongst your teams.
This Week's Action Steps: 
     1. Hold a meeting with everyone that is totally outside the box and just have some fun getting to know the people who work for us.
     2. As a parent, how can you eliminate stress and anxiety from those around you? How can you eliminate it from YOUR life? How can you build trust with those around you?
     3. Choose to go LAST this week. Ask yourself how you can do that this week, in the fam, at work, at the store. Make a choice to go last.
