Don't be selfish, be humble! Paul penned these straightforward words as he sat in a prison cell, challenging all followers of Jesus to take a deep look at how we are living out our faith. This verse calls us to move beyond talking about the love of Christ into whole-heartedly living out His love through humble submission and service to others. This kind of selflessness is one of the truest markers of knowing Christ and requires ongoing commitment and time. Kerri and Melina share encouraging personal examples of how God has developed Christlike love for others in their lives as they learned humility and obedience. Because of the refining work of the Holy Spirit, we all have been given the ability to follow Christ's humble example and operate in selfless love to everyone He brings into our lives!
