Tricia McIntyre is the owner of Perfect Fit Health and Fitness.  Tricia received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Emerson  College and is certified in Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Nutrition coaching through NASM and AFAA ( National Academy of Sports Medicine and Athletic and Fitness Association of America).  Her focus on health and fitness is to create a  program that works for the individual client. She works with men and women of all ages to help them feel healthy and strong and achieve their goals. 

Tricia lives in Scarborough with her Husband, Bruce  and has 3 adult children- Britney, Patrick, and Bryanna.
