In our third Tehilim shiur (12/8/20 at YBT), we began learning Tehilim 36 - a chapter I chose because it's the source of the Rambam's "crowning pasuk" of Sefer ha'Mada (36:11), and I wanted to learn the pasuk in its context. Tonight we read and translated the perek, and then focused on analyzing the first half based on the commentary of the Meiri.

It should be noted that I've now depleted my storehouse of Tehilim lessons. From here on out, we'll be figuring everything out TOGETHER. The pace will be slower (covering one perek in 2-4 sessions instead of in 1-2) and the results less predictable. In other words, this is now officially a chavurah rather than a shiur.

Here's another article I wrote entitled How TO and How NOT to Apply Tehilim to Your Life.

Lastly, here's an article I wrote entitled How to Say Tehilim for the Sick Without Violating Halacha.
