Description

Many times, when people working to maintain their weight loss hear exactly what is required to do so (you know… eat breakfast, get enough sleep, exercise… those sorts of things), they start in with the “Yeah, but’s…”. “Yeah, but I’ve never been a breakfast eater.” “Yeah, but, I like to stay up really late at night and I still have to get up early for work.” “Yeah, but I really, really hate to exercise.” Are YOU a “Yeah-but’er?”  Yeah-but’er’s are really just making a lot of excuses for not wanting to do what it takes to get what they SAY they want… to live at a healthy weight and to live a fuller life after weight loss surgery. “Yeah-but” all you want, but do realize that the more excuses you make for not doing what needs to be done in order to maintain the weight you lose after bariatric surgery, the more likely you are to regain that weight. Hey – It’s your health! Your responsibility. This day. Every day.
