I was ADDICTED to the scale for YEARS. I would weigh myself every. single. day. (Or multiple times a day). Once I finally truly got rid of it and stopped weighing myself I realized I had the power to decide HOW I wanted to feel about myself. Our bodies will constantly change and evolve throughout the course of our lives and we can't (and shouldn't) expect to stay a certain weight forever. In this episode I talk about several reasons our bodies will change over time and how the scale does NOT determine our self worth.
