Dr. Nicole McGrath Barnes is the embodiment of the "Give Kids A Smile" motto. As Founder and CEO of the KinderSmile Foundation, Dr. McGrath-Barnes has provided free dental services to thousands of children in New Jersey, where the KinderSmiles Foundation is located and in many underserved countries throughout the world. She was the recipient of the Lucy Hobbs Humanitarian award in 2020 for her work in reaching at-risk children who lack access to affordable dental care.
