Episode 10 from The Grit Theory.

Today we explore the concept of rejuvenation and rest through the intentional pursuit of change. Change in activity, change in environment, and change in perspective. This concept was championed by Winston Churchill and later expanded upon  Brett and Kate McKay in their "Sunday Fireside" article "Change is the Master Key". In addition to this topic we also announce an exciting update, as well as celebrate our 10th episode on The Grit Theory. Highlights in this episode include:

- Challenging the concept of what is now considered "rest"
