Today we sit down with Kenya Clark, a father, soldier, crossfit athlete and an amazing friend. Ken appears to be more Myth & Legend than common man. He has been struck by lightening and can lift inordinate amounts of weight. He perceives boundaries as opportunities and is a humble and all around awesome dude.
