291 In this episode, I continue teaching on the topic of death and while I understand it is a difficult subject, you and I need to prepare on this side of heaven for what will happen when we die.
I use multiple scriptures to help make my point on the need to get death right and what the Bible has to say about the "second death."
Since this is a Christia Podcast and is centered around Bible study it makes sense to base our lesson on the word of God.
Hebrews 9:27
And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment.
Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Revelation 2:11
"He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death."

Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
