This week I am joined by Personal Trainer, Tik Tok Sensation, Strength Foundations Course Creator and all round amazing human Laura Ghiacy.

We chatted (for what seemed like 5 minutes) about evolving through toxic fitness culture, adopting a non-diet approach and addressing our own fatphobia and thin privilege as trainers.

Laura is very generous with her time, really wants to make a difference and has done a lot of work on building resilience, ditching diet culture and addressing long held beliefs about being small and what that meant to and for her.

She is an inspiration and this episode is a game changer.
