As 'The Last 5 Years' prepares to open in the West End following 2 Covid-disrupted runs in Southwark Playhouse, Molly Lynch sat down to discuss her experience of living through the pandemic amidst all the uncertainty and reflects over the past year. Since graduating from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and the CIT Cork School of Music , Molly has slowly grown her presence in the musical theatre industry, performing in some of the most business' most coveted roles, including Cathy in 'The Last 5 Years', Petra in 'A Little Night Music' and Betty Schaefer in 'Sunset Boulevard'. As well as being a lauded performer, Molly is also a trained singing teacher, offering classes to pupils of all ages

In this interview, Molly Lynch also talked about her Irish roots and her journey to the West End. As her career profile has grown, she remains humble about her achievements such as playing Clara in 'The Light in the Piazza' as an understudy for Dove Cameron and taking the show to the United States. But, Molly also doesn't shy away from talking about her ambitions and her hopes for her career as an actress. It shouldn't be a surprise to see why Molly Lynch has become such a firm favourite among musical theatre fans and we look forward to what else she has to offer in the future.
