Want to learn to shift worrying and obsessive thoughts?

In this episode I share a few recent experience's which triggered some worrying or obsessive thoughts that were connected to some limiting beliefs I had. I share my perspective on these worrying thoughts and what to do to help shift them.

I also share some channeled material from my guides which offered up a new perspective on the experiences I was having that were triggering me. And how this perspective can also be applied to situations that may be happening globally that have affected all of us around the world.

I also touch on individual fear, collective fear and how to move through lower vibrational states.

Peace. Surrender. 

Everything just is. Until it is not. 

Then it is something else. 

It is always this way, nothing is permanent. 

And so, right now, have gratitude for the now. For what you have, and the haves to come. 

Mindful, watching, and listening. 

When you silence to listen, you will know what to say. When you silence to listen, you will hear what’s true

Waiting, waiting for change. You know it is coming.
