Many people can be mislead by the high pressure sales and marketing techniques of some of the self development and manifesting techniques that are out there, playing on our desire for this work to be easy and a 'quick fix'.
The truth is, this 'work' does require us to face some hard things, and calls us to take actions which can seem hard or scary to do. As soon as we accept (and not resist!) that no one else can take actions in our lives but us, well then thats when the work gets easier to do!
