Cindy talks about her journey to launch a podcast and her strategy around that (she's super smart btw!) and how she was a big inspiration for me starting this podcast. And we share a few areas where we differ when it comes to podcast strategy and structure (we're friends, but we don't have to agree on everything ;))We talk about where we've both created offers and programs that have flopped and what it looks like to move before we're ready.
