I discussed the power of the PAUSE back in Episode 27 because the menopausal transition requires to BE STILL and listen to our bodies and give it what it needs.  There will be other times when taking a PAUSE is necessary....repeatedly.  As women, especially black women, we are so used to "pushing through" pain and struggle.  But we don't have to "push through" ALL the time.  In fact, we shouldn't because that ends in exhaustion and brokenness which not only affects us but it affects our families and our business/career.
As I continue to evolve and elevate my business, I found myself pushing negative thoughts aside instead of acknowledging them. In this episode, I discuss the need for repeated PAUSE's to acknowledge thoughts and feelings as we grow our businesses and as we grow into the person we were meant to be.
