Self-Love and acceptance is essential for managing through the menopausal transition. Self-love is essentially the process of knowing yourself, connecting with your inner self, overcoming those self limiting beliefs or that negative self-talk and letting go of things that don't serve you.  And this influences how we show up in our personal lives and professional lives.
 In this episode, I discuss how menopause can change the relationship we have with ourselves and how self-love allows us to manage through it be our authentic selves.  When we show love to ourselves, we can make better choices when it comes to our health and our business.
