This week is Body Acceptance Week, a new initiative promoting body positivity, body neutrality, and body liberation for all bodies.  We know through research that body dissatisfaction is the leading risk factor in the development in an eating disorder 

So body acceptable week goes beyond body positivity to be more inclusive.

She is the creator of FitPro Ed, an online education platform for fitness instructors and she is the own of Pop Fit Studio in the Philadelphia suburbs:  a HAES & weight inclusive studio featuring dance, barre, bounce and bungee workouts.
