Jessica and I worked at a hostel in Lima, Peru called Kokopelli. Their motto was "Home is not a place. It's a feeling." That felt right.
It's like I had been running for so long from myself that I never knew what it was like to come to myself. Maybe it was this feeling of coming home that I was searching for all along.
On this episode join me on the journey of coming home after months abroad. I'm talking about a man I met in Bogota, Colombia who changed the way I see the world and about how I learned to stop running from myself so I can finally feel at home.
This was a difficult episode to create. I shared the most vulnerable, most shame bound story I have but I have since chosen forgiveness. I've changed the way I look at things and now the world around me has changed.
No matter who you are, what you've done or where you thought you would end up, it's never too late for you to do the same.
This is the Action Hour.
Buckle up and enjoy the ride!
