I believe there has never been a better time in the history of the world.
But I am not ignorant to the extreme adversity being faced by millions around the world - whether it be the pandemic, gun violence or global warming.
In the midst of these challenges lies our greatest opportunity to evolve.
We've got a long way to go but I've just chosen to focus on how far we've come.
Although we can't change the world around us, we can absolutely change what we choose to focus on.
What we focus on expands.
If you focus on the opportunity hidden within the adversity or the ever growing abundance in the world around us you may see, too, that there has never been a better time in the history of the world to be alive.
