While growing up, I was never taught how to express my feelings or identify the feelings I was having.

It wasn't until I had become an adult where I learned about "feelings." As I began my healing journey, I began to use words to identify and describe how I was feeling and the experiences I encountered. 

Tune in to today's episode as I give you some tools and words to assist you with identifying negative feelings.
