In April, 1999, 22-year-old Danny Schneider was murdered in the Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans. Neither the 9th Ward nor the NOPD were ready for Danny's father, Pharmacist Dan Schneider. As Dan works to solve Danny's murder, he stumbles upon an issue that is even bigger than solving his son's murder.
