ACCEPTANCE

Catherine specialises in counselling for hair loss, and we look at the psychological impact alopecia can have.

Living with alopecia herself, she can offer a unique insight into the grieving process for hair loss, and how to recognise unhelpful patterns, along with dealing with unpredictable or unstable hair loss patterns.

We discuss the stresses of returning to a normal life after lockdown and how you may underestimate your own ability to handle stressful situations.

She also shares the unsolicited advice she's been given over the years- do you have any crazy 'advice' you've had forced upon you? Please send me your stories!
