In a previous podcast, we discussed how transformation needs to be led by a champion. Then the natural question is..."What is an example of a champion?" So we asked a few individuals, on what they see as common traits of a champion. As a result of the feedback, we came up with the 5 Cs or traits that are common in champions who are responsible to lead transformational change.
