This series is to highlight the sacrifices, pressures and motivations of immigrant parents and first generation families. To give hope to those who are building their own foundations and balancing their ambitions, in addition to their parents and grandparents expectations. This series is for anyone who needs comfort during those first gen struggles. It's a struggle starting fresh, without generational wealth, but we’re given generational strength thru our parents and with that we can accomplish anything!

Just Know Though Podcast offers a safe space to discuss mental health, including topics like depression and past trauma. These conversations are not meant to focus on any individual guest, but to shed light on the difficult emotions many people face. We aim to highlight the strength and resilience required to overcome such challenges, while promoting understanding, support, and compassion.
