Most people already had their lives planned out even before they reach their 20s, much like Randy Molland. But something happened to him while he is on this track. He made a big change and went down the real estate investing path which is totally different from what he dreamed of becoming. He turned his entire life around. • Randy shares the story of what launched him into doing real estate investing. Being a journeyman electrician, he had a mentor who pushed him to do more. He then totally immersed himself in real estate, undergoing a lot of coaching and mentoring.
• How Randy made a change. From having goals set from getting his journeyman ticket at 22 to buying a house at 25, he realized that these aren’t what he really wants.
• The challenges that Randy faced when he was making the big change. Going after what he liked to do was even harder when he had family and friends who were doing just the opposite.
• Creating the environment to get the support you needed. Being around like-minded people and people cheering on you is the biggest thing that can push you. 
• The many successes of Randy Molland and what really brought fulfillment to him. He realized that loves giving and helping people. He loves to bring people into the community and his favorite part of real estate is meeting people.
• Randy talks about his mantra, go big to give big. He also always say, make money matter to people that he meets.
• What the biggest challenge that Randy had to overcome in his journey. Randy shared a story on the most difficult thing he had to do to change his initial mindset.

Randy is based out on the west coast of Canada in Victoria, BC. He was a journeyman electrician before he dived into real estate investing. He co-founded The REinvestors with his partner, Steve Arneson. He started out investing in single-family properties and moved into small multi-family buildings.
