• How... honestly, the only way to fail is quitting - if you quit when you are down you will not learn from your mistakes, or the unexpected misfortunes that life throws at us! You can lose with real estate, but you can still be successful.
• Kelly gives us all the details how she picked up her 4-plex after many difficulties - how all of it accumulated, andhow she got out of it!
• PRO TIP: fix problems as quickly as you can. Of course, unexpected challenges will arise and sometimes you gotta take the hit, but you're only going to become stronger and grow even more from learning all of this through experience, and become an even better investor.
• When you fall down, you just have to stand up and move on. Losing is just an opportunity to learn. Know to have a plan!
