Diversity, equity and inclusion have always been part of the fabric of Voya’s culture, but 2020 was different. We pushed ourselves to look at the issue differently and one of the ways we did that was to come together for candid conversations in the workplace. In this episode, Bill and Heather are joined by Angela Harrell, SVP, chief diversity and corporate responsibility officer and Jay Washington, a client relationship manager for Voya’s Wealth Solutions Corporate Markets.
