Kerry talks about the many insights derived from both Voya’s research and the industry at-large, including how surprisingly resilient consumers have been throughout COVID-19, along with the ways in which employers can seek to support their workforce.

- Voya Financial survey conducted through Ipsos on the Ipsos eNation omnibus online platform among approx. 1,005 adults aged 18+ in the U.S. Research was conducted in 9 waves throughout 2020: March 25-26, April 22-23, May 29-June 1, June 29-30, July 30-31, Sept. 24-25, Oct. 22-23, Nov. 19-20 and Dec. 17-18.
- Voya Financial survey conducted through Engine Insights on the CARAVAN omnibus online platform among 1,113 working adults who are benefits eligible, aged 18+ in the U.S. Research was conducted July 22-29, 2020.
- AYTM COVID-19 Consumer Tracker conducted via online survey among n=1,000 adults May 6-7, 2020 aware of COVID-19 sampled and weighted to be reflective of the US population through aytm’s proprietary panel PaidViewpoint. Additional question content specific to Voya Financial with a sample of n=252 consumers who are part of the Special Needs Community, defined as an individual with a special need or disability or a parent/caregiver of a person with a special need or disability.
