Welcome to the latest episode of Qtr Time, the UK's ultimate superfan netball podcast covering all things netball in the UK and beyond!
After a few weeks off we are back and we're super excited to be gearing up for a massive Summer of netball at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham very soon. To get us in the mood we are re-releasing some of our favourite conversations from Season 1 of the podcast, and this is the first episode of our three-part Rewind mini-series. All the episodes are linked to the Commonwealth Games and we’ll be focussing on the top 3 nations - England, New Zealand and Australia.
Today’s episode features our conversation from Episode 2 of Season 1 with England Rose Stacey Francis-Bayman, who we chat with about netball in the media and the perception of the sport in general. We ask her about how she thinks the coverage of netball has changed in recent years and what else we can do to further promote the sport.
