Hey guys, we’ve missed you! In today’s podcast episode we discuss ways in which you can start getting back into a routine after being on holiday. It’s totally understandable to feel like you need added time to get back into a proper routine. You need to remember to give your body the appropriate time to adjust (and this will be different for everyone).
