Description

Personal Accountability is eliminating blame, complaining, and procrastination.

When we blame, complain and procrastinate and therefore make excuses for our behavior, we give our power away.

Negative questions filter through our brain when we get triggered, and that starts the downward spiral of who, why, and when statements that erode responsibility.

In relationships such as marriage we give up our personal power by not owning what is ours to do. By making excuses for "why" we didn't do, what we said we would do. To take back your personal power, take ownership.  Say, "I dropped the ball on this, it was in my court and I missed the deadline".  No more complaining, no more blaming, no more procrastinating or putting off the unpleasant.

Ask "what or how" questions, take responsibility for your actions and proactive measures to support what is yours to do.
