The arc of Psalm 34 is something that reminds me of an old Gospel tune or spiritual. Really. It starts out with a "I'm gonna praise the Lord" feel. It quickly moves into "This is what the Lord has done for me" testimonial. From there it proclaims "This is what He'll do for you too!" It's all there and as we kick off this series, this psalm of thanksgiving is a great place to start. Praise is where we begin. We give God the glory and taste that He is truly good.
