Description

Suicide prevention starts with recognizing warning signs and taking them seriously. However, talking to someone about these signs or symptoms can be extremely difficult. If you are unsure whether someone is suicidal, the best way to find out is to ask. In this episode, Dr. Duffy and Matt Duffy share suicide statistics and ways to get help for you or a loved one.

If you are in crisis, call  1-800-273-TALK (8255), available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
