We all have found ourselves, at one time or another, longing for a place in time when things were simpler...less chaotic.
The pandemic seems to have exacerbated those thoughts even more.
"This Place, This Time"
is recognition of the tremendous effect that COVID has had on every aspect of our individual lives and society in general.
Yes, the effects of COVID will linger with us for an untold length of time. However, we must diligently pursue and make a conscious effort to enhance the lives of all those we encounter. For those with whom we interact may have experienced, or be presently experiencing, a much harsher reality than we could ever imagine.
Oftentimes, this can be done by simply acknowledging another's presence with the nodding of a head or a smile.
Sometimes, though, it may require an act of generosity that helps to mitigate seemingly insurmountable pressure(s).
Whatever the circumstance, it is incumbent upon all of us to accept the RESPONSIBILITY of the call on each of our lives-
"...to make something or SOMEONE better".
