Description

In this continuing study I take a look at the Rapture Doctrine. Is this a Pre-Trib, as taught in most mainstream Churches are do Christians go through the Tribulation Period? I compare Thessalonians to Matthew 24 along with Revelation. I venture into Paul’s writings to explore what he has to say, along with what Yahweh says in Ezekiel. I also ask the listeners to grab a pencil and paper as we create charts for comparison as we get deeper into this study.

In this Part 44 I continue our study in this Matthew 24 verse 31. I start laying the foundation for a Chart titled “Wrath of Yahweh”.

Take note that there is NOT ONE VERSE that we covered so far that describes a Pre-Trip Rapture!

 Heb 1:1  Yahweh, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

Heb 1:2  Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

Heb 1:3  Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

31               He shall send his angels. = The words are unforgettable as the recognized expansion of what had been, as it were, hinted before in the parables of the Tares

With a great sound of a trumpet = The better MSS. omit “sound:” With a great trumpet.

trumpet = the 7th, the farthest one out. Always in the Greek

7th seal 7th trumpet Read Rev. 11:15-19; 16:17-21

They shall gather = quoted from Deut. 30:4. See also 1 Thess.4:16-17

Elect = ek-lek-tos'. elect; by implication favorite. These are those who “received the Word”. Acts 2:41; 1 Thess. 2:13

From = ‘ek’ out of

The 4 winds = moving into a concentrated area. The 4 winds are always referring to the end time. In Rev. 7:1 the 4 winds are being held back till the sounding of the 7th trumpet. Keep in mind that these 4 winds of the spirits of Ezekiel 37, Rev. 7 and Daniel 7.

The 4 subjects that we will be using are, “Yahweh’s Wrath”, “Day of the Lord”, “Coming as a Thief”, "Coming of the Lord”

The verses that I will be using, Rev. 15-19; Zeph. 1:15-19; Joel 2:10-31; 2 Peter 3:10; 1 Thess. 5:2; Matt. 24:42-43; 1 Corin. 1:6-8; 2 Thess. 2:1-2; Matt. 24:29-31

Don’t end up like those in Hosea 4:6 ‘My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God (Elohim), I will also forget thy children.’

But, be like those in 2Timothy 2:15 ‘Study to shew thyself approved unto God (Yahweh), a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.’
